What Do Coaches Do?

People ask me all the time, "What do coaches do?"
While I am not sure about what all coaches do, here is a list of a few things I do with my clients.

  1.   use highly developed communication, relationship and intuition skills to help you set and achieve BIG goals

  2.   partner with you to convert your vision and your ideas into reality

  3.   evoke Excellence

  4.   challenge you to stretch beyond what you think is possible, "widening your gap" between where you are and where you can be

  5.   partner with you to build a bridge to your (new)(stretch) goals

  6.   map out a strategic plan for your business

  7.   map out a strategic plan for your life

  8.   work with you to "get over yourself"

  9.   help you create new patterns for yourself, new ways of being

  10.   invent new possibilities for yourself and your life

  11.   stop you from getting stopped by habits that do not serve you

  12.   help you "Play a Bigger Game"

  13.   work with you to generate more energy

  14.   work with you to generate more enthusiasm

  15.   work with you to sustain your enthusiasm

  16.   partner with you around your learning

  17.   partner with you to encourage your creativity

  18.   get you to think in terms of transformation versus change

  19.   work with you on your focus

  20.   partner with you to increase your revenue

  21.   partner with you to increase your "value add"

  22.   assist you in eliminating tolerations

  23.   partner with you in obliterating barriers to success

  24.   partner with you in building a Support Team

  25.   partner with you in creating an Environment that supports you in what you are up to

  26.   cause you to think about the best use of your time every moment
