This page describes some of the business offerings of Coach Universe. Know that most of what we provide is tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We typically initiate our engagement with an assessment, designed to evaluate business needs, exposing opportunities and areas of vulnerability, while taking advantage of economies of scale to address both.

We are delighted to be collaborating globally with internal and external coaches, facilitators, trainers and consultants.

Our Approach
Our process involves conducting an assessment which evaluates business objectives and goals, with an eye on turbocharging performance and results. We have a habit of assessing development programs and somehow noticing that coaching may be missing. Of course, we feel strongly that coaching should be a part of all development programs, so we do what we can to enhance the training offering whenever we can.
